Refund & Return Policy All Couch GM products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at thecouchgmpnw@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original item. Sizing We encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before ordering. We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size. Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
